March 2003 Meeting

MARCH GUEST SPEAKER – TRISTEN CLEVE

Tristen Cleve is the Executive Director for Hays County Citizens Defending Freedom, a national non-profit foundation with chapters in 12 of Texas’ most vulnerable counties.

Professionally, Mr. Cleve is a career independent financial advisor and business owner, having served the people of the hill country and Austin areas since 2009. A native of the Texas hill country, Tristen has resided in Hays and other surrounding counties for nearly 25 years and it is where he and his wife are raising their family.

In his role as Director of Hays CCDF, Tristen travels throughout the hill country speaking with civic organizations and political circles sharing the critical importance of grassroots citizen involvement in holding local government accountable, a foundational block of the work CCDF focuses on.

In addition to his role leading the local CCDF chapter, he is also a Biblical Citizenship coach through Patriot Academy and where he hosts classes in local churches and online.

CCDF-USA is a national non-profit organization with chapters strategically positioned around the country that helps place local government back into the hands of the people. A dedicated group of patriotic professionals focused on empowering American citizens to stand for and preserve freedom for themselves and future generations, CCDF’s work focuses on serving communities in four important areas,

Election integrity

Following dark money in politics

Education curriculum integrity

Violations of Liberty

With values based upon both the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God as written in the Declaration of Independence, CCDF members focus their efforts locally on public and private organizations to ensure compliance with the principles of freedom and liberty, which are endowed by our Creator and guaranteed by America’s founding documents.
